Black Women’s Self Love Retreat is designed to be a gentle, restorative practice that welcomes every body and every level of experience. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding poses, participants reconnect with themselves while releasing stress and tension. Each session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate balance—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Surrounded by sisterhood and serenity, yoga becomes more than exercise; it becomes a ritual of self-love and renewal.
